RETURNS
Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
If your case is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE - REFUND ITEMS
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift items or gift cards.
Remember that we only accept returns and refunds in cases where the parts are damaged. We are not responsible for customs taxes on orders outside the U.S. Therefore, returns for tax reasons are not accepted.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit/debit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
